Pamela Robertson is a partner in Granderson Des Rochers, LLP’s Corporate Transactional Practice. She enhances GDR’s corporate capacity by counseling clients on merger and acquistions, innovative financing techniques emerging within the entertainment and sports industries while providing general counsel and corporate governance services. She counsels branded personalities on investment opportunities, operating businesses within and outside the entertainment and sports industries on various corporate matters, and start-ups looking to establish financing. She has extensive experience representing CPG companies and investors (primarily investment funds and family offices) in the CPG space.

Pamela also has extensive experience representing institutional investors in alternative investments as well as funds in formation. She has years of experience representing corporations and governments in cross-border transactions.

Pamela has been recognized on The Network Journal’s annual list of “25 Influential Black Women in Business,” which honors “women whose professional achievements have significantly impacted an industry, and who also have made an important contribution to their community.”

Before joining the firm, Pamela was a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, LLP and Edwards Angell Palmer Dodge, LLP where for a period of time she was the partner in charge of the Florida offices. She has held multiple board memberships, including the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin counties. She graduated with an A.B. from Brown University. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University where served as an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Policy in International Business, now the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She is licensed to practice in New York.
