Prior to founding the firm, André began his legal career at Shearman & Sterling, LLP, where he practiced corporate transactional law, and later joined Gray Krauss Sandler Des Rochers, LLP as a partner. He received his B.A. from Ryerson University and his J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
